Unfinished try at clothes, Pretty good
Now, I think this is brilliant progress, look at this work here compared to my previous work. The improvement is astonishing. My previous photoshop skills must be getting implemented now, all I did was some titles before for signatures on forums and that, didn’t think my pictures would turn out this great yet ^^.

I liked this too, dunno why was trying to keep away from lines / cartoon style.
I’m going to try doing clothes now. I looked for a clothing material and found this on deviant art.

It looks like the material has too many folds in it in my opinion

No were near as many folds as some of the pictures in the tutorial I saw, I’ll experiment in the next section of my picture. I’ll have another go with the screen capture, it didn’t work last time, some stupid error >.<

First Coloured picture, going really well
I have been left with a nasty cough, not as bad as what I had before so I’m getting back to creating art. I got the graphics tablet too, so heres a picture of my last work digitised, soon to be in colour.

I’ll start brand new stuff once I have these coloured. Also expect some videos soon, I found some nice screen capture software and will upload them to youtube.
I like the picture on the right the most, thats more me than the tutorial I used for the first one and I decided to put in more detail myself.
Won’t be able to update until this damn virus is cleared from my system. I’ll start updating around christmas as thats when the doctor thinks ill be better.
I have finaly done it 😀 I’ll post a pic by the weekend of it! I’m so happy I can finally do it, Next thing I want to sort is the face expressions I’ll do a sheet filed with faces make sure I have the face sorted and all the expressions with that, maybe a referance piece later.

The one on the left is from a tutorial website which i copied, The one on the right was applying the technique and I tried to draw a similar character only slightly more detailed and in a different pose.
Below is in an entirely new position using similar techniques, I’ll have a better go at this cross-legged pose another time I’m sure I can do better and those shoulder were way to wide 😛

Well thats all my current goes, all comments are appreciated on this blog, whether good or bad 😛 I’ll try to keep updating every few days, oh and For the graphics tablet I’m getting, I’m getting the Wacom Bamboo Fun Medium (who knew fun would be the top of the bamboo line? 😉 )
Well, I may as let any early followers know, or new people in the future know for reference, in the upcoming months and years I am going to be improving my artistic skills and will post all my progress here, and this shall be an archive for all my work. My original drawings may seem pretty bad but they are a step towards becoming a brilliant artist. I will be starting with some anthro or “furry” art as I have recently gained interest in that. After December I will start using my computer to produce electronic art in photoshop, and will us a graphics tablet. Hopefully I will keep this up for years to come and will become an inspiration for others. Some of my work I’ll show all the stages in the art to help other learners.
